1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Guru, a Slack and Microsoft Teams-native AI upskilling platform operated by Kaleja Trainings & Consulting, Benjamin Kaleja, Fechnerstr. 24, 10717 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us", "our").
By using AI Guru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
AI Guru provides AI upskilling content delivered through Slack and Microsoft Teams, including:
- Daily micro-lessons ("espresso units")
- Prompt libraries and tool guides
- Team analytics and progress tracking
- Optional compliance training modules
3. Account and Access
- You must provide accurate information when registering your team.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack or Teams workspace.
- You may not share account access with unauthorized users.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Pricing is per user, per month, as displayed on our website.
- "Learn" plan: Monthly or annual billing.
- "Grow" plan: Annual billing only.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our content
- Redistribute our content without permission
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including lessons, prompts, and materials, is owned by Kaleja Trainings & Consulting. You may use the content for internal team training only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content.
7. Data and Privacy
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. We do not store message content from your Slack or Teams workspace beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
8. Availability and Support
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Support is provided via email (hello@getaiguru.app).
- "Grow" plan customers receive priority support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or productivity gains.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Monthly plans end at the current billing period.
- Annual plans continue until the end of the paid term.
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
